Nick Rizzo is a veteran of over two dozen political campaigns in New York and California. Highlights include recruiting now-state senator Julia Salazar to run for office, helping to guide Jumaane Williams to victory as New York City's Public Advocate in 2019, and running Antonio Reynoso's successful get out the vote operation for city council against Vito Lopez in 2013.
A founding member of New Kings Democrats in 2008, he founded North Brooklyn Progressive Democrats in 2017. He was elected the male Democratic district leader/state committeeman for the 50th Assembly District in New York in 2014, a position he holds to this day. He has a bachelors degree in politics and philosophy from NYU.
Jeremy Friedman is a community organizer, political consultant and data analyst with fifteen years of experience in environmental and social justice advocacy. Jeremy was the founder of the Green Arch Initiative and the NYU Office of Sustainability, where for a decade he developed far-reaching institutional policy and directed operations, public education and granting programs, including an award-winning Climate Action Plan. He has served on the AASHE STARS Steering Committee, and has presented and lectured in Taipei, Athens, Abu Dhabi, and Black Rock City. He transitioned to freelance consulting in 2013.
Before co-founding Better Prosecutors PAC, Jeremy also established the Central Brooklyn Community Solar Campaign (with the Brooklyn Movement Center). He works and is based currently in both Philadelphia and NYC.
Alex Reish is a native Michigander who, after more than a decade in the DC swamp, experienced a political awakening over rising inequity in the United States. Alex moved to Philadelphia in 2017, and quickly came to admire the energy shown by the the residents of SE Pennsylvania to drive transformational change in their communities.An experienced political organizer with a background working in national, state, and local campaigns, Alex will serve as Better Prosecutors' PA Coordinator ahead of the Nov 5 election. Anlin Wang is an organizer and campaign worker who has served on national, state, and municipal level electoral campaigns, including the 2017 PA Delaware County Council reversal of decades of unanimous Republican rule. He has previously served as a field organizer for Molly Sheehan's 2018 PA-5 Congressional campaign and Justin DiBerardinis's 2019 City Council at-Large campaign.
Anlin was an organizer of the 2018 Occupy ICE protests, a founding member of the Judge Accountability Table, and a member of the Campaign Workers Guild. He is currently an active member of Reclaim Philadelphia, Philly DSA, and LILAC. He has a Bachelor's in Economics from Temple University.
